GET TO KNOW ME
My name is Clara, and I’m Mediterranean.
I deeply embrace the Mediterranean lifestyle, which is closely connected to physical and psychological health and well-being. I’ve carried this with me throughout the years I’ve lived in Madrid and during my time studying and working abroad.
I love my work as a psychologist and have dedicated a lot of time, energy, and care to both my professional training and giving support to people from diverse backgrounds.
I also have two wonderful cats, enjoy taking care of my plants, and practice yoga and meditation.
